SHADOW-DANCER YEARS // ATLANTA, GEORGIA
Installed at the Richard B. Russell Federal Building — one of the most significant federal addresses in the American South — via S3 Limited. Issued federal credentials and security clearances to agents of the FBI, DEA, ATF, and U.S. Secret Service. On the wall of that office: a silk poster of Madonna's Ray of Light. From that same desk, telephone press interviews with recording artists. Two systems occupying the same physical space. This is the Shadow-Dancer period.

That is corroboration.

The P.o.R. does not offer advice. Advice is informal. What is offered here is a contractual engagement — the cultural, psychological, and structural intelligence of a 35-year institutional journey, licensed to your production.
DAY RATE // CONSULTING PRODUCER
Per day. On-set, in development, or in the room where decisions are made.
SCRIPT & PROJECT AUDIT
Full audit delivered as a documented report. Cultural accuracy, psychological logic, structural integrity — end to end.
PRIVATE RESIDENCY
One principal. Private setting. Monthly retainer. The curriculum is built around you.
ENGAGEMENT MODEL
Not consulting. Not advice. A contractual arrangement for a defined scope and term.
The P.o.R. operates as a registered Freiberufler in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. For international co-productions structured to access the DFFF (Deutscher Filmförderfonds) rebate or the broader German Spend incentive — offering up to 30% back on qualifying German production expenditure — the attachment of a Freiburg-based Freiberufler with a 35-year timestamped creative identity is not just culturally valuable. It is structurally advantageous. The rebate architecture rewards German spend. The P.o.R. is German spend. This is a line item, not a soft benefit.
